Coffee Tram

Three months before legendary Daibo Coffee was closed in 2013, the owner Katsuji Daibo taught how to roast the beans to a young staff (*), like Obi-Wan Kenobi teaching the ways of the Jedi to Luke Skywalker . . . Tatsuya Furuya, that man, started Coffee Tram in 2014. He is aiming to reach, even though he knows it wouldn't be completed in a day, the taste which Daibo Coffee provided. However, some fans of Daibo Coffee already say that the dark roast of Daibo still exists.
